“Safelite was extremely communicative, helpful, and accommodating for my windshield replacement. I was scheduled two days out and they offered me an option for the next day when a cancellation became available. Due to weather, we had to switch to the location on Sheridan and they informed me well in advance. The technician was done in 45 minutes. There was no wait time after I arrived - my car was in the shop immediately. They have a very comfortable waiting area with snacks, coffee, and wifi. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful.”

Nate got me in and out in only 2 days and charged a more than fair price for a big job like that. Dropped car Sunday pm, done Thursday with oem replacement bumper, straightened rear quarterpanel and necessary sensors (which all 3 shops indicated due to damage) and required paint matched perfectly. Cannot tell which side was the damaged one. Honest, efficient and skilled.”

I have always been pleased with the work that was performed. They worked with my schedule and prices were fair. I tend to be pretty fussy when it comes to my automobiles and They have always met or exceeded my expectations. I should note that I belong to an sports car automobile club and when the members saw my Corvette, they were impressed with the re-paint on my older Corvette. “So one of my pastors didn't see my car a couple of months ago and crunched it a bit. We got a couple of estimates for the repairs.Leroy worked with us and the price was right. I didn't want our pastor to be strapped with a huge bill so I opted to forgo some of the work. The car was repaired for $879 which I thought was a great price and when the car was complete....I was extremely happy.Leroy was able to work fix the one area I said we'd forgo. You would never have known there was a boo boo! Great work and highly recommend them!”

“I’m torn on what to write here. My van came back looking pristine. Did everything they said they would do and more. Even detailed the interior. I appreciate that so much. It needed a new side panel and some paint work. Only comment I have to make is communication was very hit or miss. The text service was good. But when I called for an update the gentleman who gave me the update made me feel like a complete idiot. “You just dropped it off this morning what do you want me to tell you. It’ll be back in 9 days”. Well I wasn’t calling to rush service. I was calling because I dropped my vehicle off the night before and was told I would receive paperwork to sign via email which I never got. I didn’t know how long it was going to take or any details whatsoever. This was important because I declined a rental car. As a profession I have to be able to transport my dogs. Rentals do not allow that. Besides the professional side of what I do I have one dog who tasks for me. I would recommend their work again because clearly this is a top notch collision shop. But please please work on client communication. The woman at the desk tho in person was lovely. Very professional and kind. Thanks for getting my car back to me earlier than the 9 days I was given during that call.”
