Had an emergency flat, that resulted in me stopping buy on the way for groceries. Had one guy ( I believe his name is Adam) working in the shop by himself and navigated the orders and in coming costumers with great customer service. Was a shame to see him by his self on a Sunday but a great site to see his work ethics.

They NEVER answer the phone. Ever. Then the front desk gets contacted and they are expected to take a message. What? No call backs. BJs, how about at least investing in an old fashioned answering machine. Which business model is it that deploys “don’t answer the phone”? I’d give zero stars if it was an option.
