“Syracuse may not have many great places left, but the experiences I have at all the Marshall's stores are truly exceptional. I had such a great time last night that I felt compelled to write a review. If it were possible, this store and its employees deserve more than 5 stars!
While all the staff are wonderful, Tish stands out as one of my absolute favorites! She always makes me feel loved and welcomed, and her customer service skills are unparalleled. Retail is definitely in her blood! Marshall's is incredibly lucky to have her on their team.
The cashier, Michael, was also kind and patient. He definitely deserves recognition too!”

“I love this, TJ Maxx. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry and purses, shoes. They have tons of clothes. I can easily spend hours in here. I love their earrings, necklaces, and bracelets, rings. I also love their purse selections. The staff is nice. The store is safe. The prices aren't bad. I love to go here on my lunch break. I usually buy some type of jewelry and go back to work.”

“Excellent place to find things at a discount price. They have a great section for animals. Many pet toys and other things like beds. They also have an interesting food area. Great selection of teas and coffee. Many different candy items. Pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. Great place just to look around on a cold or rainy day.”
“I felt so comfortable buying at Claysephora because of the great service they offer. Was easy buying with their advise. Also I forgot my bag there and they save it for me until next day I went to pick it up.”
“Would give five stars but they didn’t have what we wanted. They had phone cases for every iPhone from 17’s back to 13’s yet not a single one for the SE model, which was still produced as recently as February. While it’s not the most popular iPhone model, both my children have one of the 3rd generation and I’d expect at least one or two cases, especially if they’re still offering ones for 13’s. Now Amazon is our only alternative.”

“For the last couple of years, I have come to know Macy's for its diamond jewelry - gifts to both wife and daughter. Each purchase has been made after testing and stressing the limits of knowledge that each sale clerk has about what is selling under the glass. Somehow I always manage to whitle my advisors down to the one with whom I develop the best protagonist-antagonist relationship. There is much more to the product relationship I feel is necessary, if I am going to come close to my credit spending max. I deserve to feel that my gift giving can also pass along added value in storied information beyond carats diamond, karats gold, and best offer selling price.”

“I have never understood why Dollar Tree loads their aisles with so much stuff. It’s difficult to get around and so unnecessary. This is a typical store, maybe larger than most bc it’s an old grocery store. Tons of parking available. Everyone was nice, nothing special, nothing that stood out.”
“Central Square store is doing better since manager Mike is back. Before when he was out I literally had to go to the Pulaski Store for things I needed. And they were very helpful there. But I am 4 minutes from Mikes store. So it is much more convenient to me. Mike runs this store the way stores used to be run. Customer service is impeccable. The new staff is willing to help with anything. And I have to say Darren is awesome. If he isn’t sure of something he will find out where or what it is. He is on top of his game. Fiona you young lady have always been so helpful. Congratulations. If Mike is aloud to continue with his running this store. Your Central Square store will be #1. “I was in 5 Below to find graduation gifts for 13 preschoolers. And of course I HIT THE JACKPOT!!! Bracelets, squishy ball fidgets, bubbles, sunglasses, etc they had it all and at prices I could afford when buying for 13 (and I work at a nonprofit preschool so I'm not rolling in the dough)?. So we were able to fill 13 gift baskets with loads of loot. And the kiddos LOVED THEM ❤️. And finally, the service was awesome. The girl up front invited me to bypass self checkout & rang me up, saving me precious time. She was friendly, happy & focused on me ( unlike so many cashiers these days). 5 Below has my business locked. They rock?”
“Just like TJ Maxx and the like but nicer stuff, well organized, great prices.Had a funny experience where I watched a man ask for a bag for 2 full-size suitcases. Like the size above carry-on and the largest in a set of 3. The clamshell type with 4 swivel wheels and handles that he used to wheel them up to the counter. He opened the larger one to put them together and tried to cram the medium one into it without unzipping the inside covers. The girl at the counter just kind of stood back because he was pissed she didn't have a bag big enough for his luggage. It was fun to watch karma get someone.”
“This location is great. All of the employees are very nice and willing to help. The new manager has made this location even better and he has no problem taking 10 or 15 minutes of his time to explain something to you. The new garden center is beautiful and not packed full of stuff no one wants like other places. Always have a great selection of chicken and ducks as well as great seasonal products.”

“I got such great deals for such a good price. I got a $12 bottle of Guess men's cologne, $20 pair of comfy dress-casual brown shoes for work, a very interesting Chinese-inspired dress shirt with gold marking and patterns, and a nice maroon top shirt sleeve dress shirt I could also wear to work. I loved shopping here and hope to be back soon to see what else pops up. The variety seemed s tad bit limited on the dress shirts and the store was a bit messy. But I was glad I went”

“I have been to this Family Dolla one time in March & again in April. I was very pleased with the large/spacious aisle space. The cashier was very kind, quick & answered my questions with a lot of knowledge. For the first time ever, I did not have to witness an attention seeking distractor screaming & berating the employees. That is a huge issue at other Family Dollar stores, 90%of the time.”

“This is my local Walmart. 9 days ago, I went into Walmart to grab meds for Covid as well as some cash for a trip. I left that day with the meds, but accidentally left the $80 cash in the dispenser. I didn't notice what I had done until 3 days later when I looked in my wallet and there was no $80. Call it Covid brain fog I guess. Certainly can’t blame anyone, but myself. $80 isn’t the end of the world, so I accepted it and went on. I went back today (9 days later, after returning from my trip) after a friend suggested I at least inquire and asked if anyone had turned in the cash. I wasn’t honestly expecting much. They asked for my receipt which I eventually found and voila they had the $80 kept aside. I’m not sure whether it was another shopper or self checkout attendant that turned in the cash. What I do know is how impressed I am for Walmart documenting and holding the money in the first place. In a world of greed and dishonesty, kudos to everyone at Walmart in CSQ that made this possible.”
“Cicero, NY location is my favorite location but if I feel that the security guard is watching me again I will have to go to another location. I know it’s not in my head because I’m literally looking at him and this is the second time/same person. I purposely let the manager help me ring my items up. I also had to tell the lady at the door no to checking my receipt because a manager rung my items up. This is not a coincidence. But overall I can always find the products I need.”
