“A friend of mine wanted to help me with couch shopping and suggested we check out LoveSac, and I'm very happy that we did! I was entirely unfamiliar with Sactionals, but Shefey did a fantastic job explaining all the features and answering my many questions. He took the time to understand what exactly I was looking for (the space, the layout, pet-friendly materials, etc.), and I never felt like I was being upsold, manipulated, or pressured to purchase anything. I took quite a long time deliberating given the price, but even with other customers in the store Shefey continued to be attentive and patient. I really can't speak highly enough of the service! The Sactionals themselves are super nice too, with their modularity, removable and washable covers, and lifetime warranty. I'm very excited for mine to arrive. I'll absolutely be recommending LoveSac to anyone I know who is looking for a couch.
Update: My Sactionals arrived in under a week. Took me a few hours to unpack, cover, and assemble everything by myself, but now that it's all done I'm very happy with it (as are my cats). I've already played around with some different layouts, and rearranging the seats and sides to form new configurations is a breeze.”

“In December we bought two couches couple in tables and recliner and a loveseat our salesperson was Marie we felt she went out of our way to find us a matching couch and end tables we got it the week before Christmas moved into our new home it was perfect and then we had a little problem with the couch squeaking and the recliner making a kind of an odd noise I called the store it was quickly taken care of they ordered us a new couch and another recliner no questions asked I thought they would just repair it you can't get any better service than that.I own the business for 35 years customer service was always the name of the game I would recommend these folks to anybody”

“Michelle was great to work with! We rented for a little over 2 years while building our new house. We had 2 units, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. Both stayed dry, without pests or any other issues. We had a billing issue that Michelle was able to solve quickly and her auto payment system was great. When we were able to consolidate down to 1 unit that wasn't an issue either; can't say enough good things about our experience. Although we are leaving the state, if we ever needed a unit in the future we would certainly use her again and will certainly recommend to anyone!”
“I had seen a sofa online that I was considering for a home in Florida. I went to Smith to see the sofa since they were the only retailer in upstate New York that sold the line of furniture I was interested in. I thought I would buy the sofa in Florida if I liked it. Instead I bought the sofa, a loveseat, a dining table and chairs all from Smith in Syracuse and had them ship everything to Florida. Kathy was so wonderful to work with, helping us choose fabric, arranging the shipping and keeping us in the loop through the months-long process. The shipping cost was very reasonable and the delivery company was great to work with. The furniture was delivered last week and we could not be happier with it.I highly recommend Smith Contemporary Furniture. The customer service is unbeatable and the shopping experience was wonderful - no pressure, great selection, etc. It was a much better experience than we had in the numerous stores we had been in before in search of a perfect sofa.”
“Very good display of poly wood furniture. You are able to order the furniture in many colors with a few weeks' lead time. We're not shopping for plants or other gardening supplies. But they seemed to have a good selection of plants, and you have the ability to get mulch and top soil by the truck load. I think they deliver also, but call and check. Would shop here again.”

She has a very large building filled with lovely things. But I don't always have a way to make it out to her place, being dependent on other's due to an inability to drive any longer. “I had foot stool reupholstered by Toni. this foot stool had belonged to my parents and has been redone twice over the years. I wanted someone local near Syracuse to redo it. I found Wicker World ion Factiry Road in Cicero, NY. They replaced the old batting rebuilt the sides and put a new pad on it, they even touched up the legs. it's beautiful and has many more years to it now. Thank you Toni for the restore.”
“I have had bad luck with two other pool companies whether it be opening or closing. I know one of the Assistant Managers named Justin at Tarson on Taft, he always showed he cared about my pool like it was his own. When I requested a closing everyone was so thorough. Every question was answered and believe me I asked a lot of them! When they came to close it everything was disconnected and waiting for me to put it away for the winter. Really impressed with the professionalism and the care. I will be calling them to open it too that’s for sure!”

“You can always depend on the local company!! We have an office in TX that does most of our graphic work and ordering. We recently needed some print materials for a presentation here in Syracuse, when the "national" company couldn't get us the work on time and it was stuck in transit, Just the Right Stuff came in just in time!! They were able to turn our order around in no time. I called, immediately got a receptionist, not a recording, explained our situation and that we were desperate and they said no problem!!
