“This is a Fabulous place to get all your pet needs. I love it because you can take your animal in there and they don't look at your crosseyed because you brought your baby in. We went for a harness for a new fur baby. They were very helpful and the cashier was very friendly. They have fun things there for your pets too. From camping to clothing,treats and food.”

“After years of sewing my own DCN cage liners for my tiny pals, I decided it was time to let the professionals take over :) I'm SO GLAD I did!I did some research and settled on Fabulous Ferret... their liner designs looked good (I chose the "envelope" style, after years and years of using giant binder clips to hold my homemade liners to the pans...) and the fabrics were cute. I went ahead and ordered one set (plus some hammocks) to see how I liked them.Wow! Incredible service (all my items were sewn and shipped quickly) and even better quality! I love the was the liners are designed... everything stays neat and pretty... and my little guys are comfy and happy. (Oh and they LOVE their new hammocks!)I've gone back and ordered more... and I'm sure I'll be back again in the future. :)Fabulous Ferret for the win! Thank you, friends. “I have purchased 3 ruffland crates and have another on the way from KloudK9 and I will absolutely be buying more from them! They’re very quick to respond to any questions you might have and are extremely helpful. The products they stock in their store are nothing but the best for your pet. My favorite thing is never seeing those colors and preservatives that are in dollar store and big box store foods and treats. Shop at Kloud K9 and the only thing you’ll ever regret is accidentally buying way more than you went in for! Hehe”

“Stan and his team have been great working with me from the start of the process until we got our fence installed this week. They answered all of my questions and more to help me be comfortable with the product. If you’re looking for an American brand, great customer service (with a real person that answers the phone), I highly suggest Syracuse Dog Fence. Although the fence was just installed this week and our dog is not fully trained yet, it seems to be working seamlessly so far.
If you’re debating between an underground wire fence like this and one of the cheaper GPS collars, we went with this for a couple reasons. 1) The lifetime warranty for PetStop packages. 2) Customer Service. 3) The batteries and software of these devices will not all the sudden die on you once you’re outside the 1 year warranty that the GPS collars have.”

“Central Square store is doing better since manager Mike is back. Before when he was out I literally had to go to the Pulaski Store for things I needed. And they were very helpful there. But I am 4 minutes from Mikes store. So it is much more convenient to me. Mike runs this store the way stores used to be run. Customer service is impeccable. The new staff is willing to help with anything. And I have to say Darren is awesome. If he isn’t sure of something he will find out where or what it is. He is on top of his game. Fiona you young lady have always been so helpful. Congratulations. If Mike is aloud to continue with his running this store. Your Central Square store will be #1. “Went to the Erie blvd store for the first time for cohesive bandages for my dogs tail as he is suffering from hot spots and allergies. Spoke with Erik at checkout who was very friendly and helpful. Gave me other suggestions as far as shampoos and discussed different types of foods that may affect my dogs allergies. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store. Great products.”

“Hands down.. great. They know me by name, easy to order my odd ball fish. Most are well educated in their departments too. Some days in the morning they can be a little short on staff, so be kind and understand.

“I recently brought my cat here for his annual vaccinations. Although we were twenty minutes late because my cat resisted going into the carrier, they still accepted us (it wasn’t very crowded on a Tuesday). Everyone was so helpful including the check-in lady and the vet. They answered all of my questions. It was a quick visit and cost me only slightly over a hundred bucks.”

“I would like to help feature a current dog that's available at the Syracuse SPCA named "Mitch." I had the opportunity to get to know him this past month visiting with him and even doing a meet and greet with my current dog Sam. He was nothing but a gentle gentlemen around her. I was very close to adopting him but my responsibilities in getting my elder dog to the eventual finish line took me out of contention. That being said, Mitch is legitimately one of the sweetest dogs I've ever come across in my travels. Even in his kennel, when other dog's are getting vocal and energetic, he is as cool/calm a customer as you'll find in that environment-- beyond chill. He knows how to sit and lay down, and if you hand him a treat, he's so gentle taking it from you it almost looks like he's doing it in slow motion! He would be a perfect dog for a home looking for a laid back and loving soul. Unfortunately, he's been there since this past November after arriving as a stray. Bottom line, he deserves a great owner and a great life. As of 3/25/2024 he's still there and ready for his forever home. The picture attached to this review is as recent as last week. So what are you waiting for? Go visit Mitch!! He's a gem! You won't regret it!! The end.”
