“Had a great experience at Adirondack Tire! Mike, the manager, was awesome — he took the time to sit and chat with me and my pup, even offering my puppy a treat. They were running a little behind schedule due to staff shortages, but Mike was super apologetic and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. “Great people. My fiancé was sick so I couldn’t drop the car off as scheduled. I called them at 8:30 and my appointment was at 9am. The woman who answers the phones was very polite. She understood and quickly suggested sending someone to pick it up and drop it off for me while I worked. Rocco came to pick up the vehicle right at 9:10. He was informative and explained the whole process. I had my jeep back before I was done with work. Rocco, the woman and that specific location went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much ! ?”

We had our Ford F150 towed to Gil's Garage in Halfmoon because it stald out and nothing would get it to start.
Dealings were taken care of by John & Jess whom went above and beyond to look over everything and anything that was wrong and was possibly unsafe.
John & Jess were extremely professional, listened to detail and found all that needed to be repaired.
John & Jess knew how extremely important this was to us because the vehicle was a vehicle that also drove my 1 year old granddaughter & 3 year old grandson to and from Preschool and for all family needs.
We are extremely grateful, thankful and blessed that all was taken care of in a above & beyond timely manner and very reasonable price.

“I've been getting my scheduled oil changes and state inspections done here for a few years. Always polite, professional and on schedule. They do what you request very well and never hit you with any surprises. The waiting room is comfortable and stocked with complementary hot and cold drinks, tv and computer. AAA travel services are available too. I highly recommend this shop although I would like to keep it quiet so I don't have to battle for an appointment time.?”

“I got a BOLT in my tire and on my way there got a nail in my other tire, just my luck. But David and Joe took care of me and plugged up both tires and when I got my car back the same day, they told me they rotated my tires FOR FREE. I’ve had to go to different auto repair shops for a couple different reasons but definitely the best experience i’ve had so far.

The manager stepped in to take over for an employee that was being rudely spoken to, neither employee escalated the situation, and they simply gave the person what they needed and remained professional and polite. The entire waiting room agreed that it was a ridiculous way to behave, and that the staff was amazing! So impressed by the customer service and highly recommend.”
