There was a miscommunication regarding the age of the tires. Which Joe Verillo promptly made right without hesitation. Rarely do dealers stand behind their words like this. I would definitely buy a car from Verillo Motors again.”

“Stopped here yesterday to ask how I could remove some adhesive from a weather tech hood protector that lasted for 5 years on my Honda CRV. A nice young woman, Maddie came out, looked at it and said bring it in and we’ll remove it for you. I stopped the next day, they took it in and removed it for me. While I was just looking for advice, they did it all for me. Blew me away, and came out great! Customer service at its absolute finest! I was so thankful, and blessed to have receive such fine customer service. I wish to thank Maddie and all that worked on my car. I will forever refer anyone I know to this fine establishment.
