“518 collision has earned my trust and respect. Honestly, five stars aren’t enough to give credit for the absolutely exceptional experience I’ve had with them. This is the second time I’ve had my vehicle repaired there after an accident and once again they exceeded my expectations. The phenomenal owners, Max and Kamal, were truly a blessing during a stressful time. They went above and beyond to help me avoid significant out-of-pocket expenses and even helped save my vehicle from being totaled. Max made the claims process easy and stress-free and provided excellent customer service, while Kamal and his team delivered exceptional repairs and outstanding customer care. My car was completed ahead of schedule and looks amazing. Honest, trustworthy, compassionate, and professional. The quality of the work is exceptional, and it’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers the way they do. If you’re looking for a collision repair shop you can trust, look no further, I highly recommend 518 collision.”

“So you really can’t believe everything that you hear on the Internet a lot of times when people make a negative review about a company is because they’re having a bad experience due to their reason not to mention if it’s something that they don’t wanna hear and they’re being told now they’re ramping out a negative experience when the company might be good. I worked in many different things before and I was referred to this company after seeing a number of negative Reviews I was a little held back, but I gave the company a chance and not only did the company communicate with me answered all my calls and I’m a nagger and I call a lot for many different reasons. The company always answered. I had a problem with the computer system currently right now not any fault to theirs their system cannot be able to see what’s going on not only are they telling me that they are going to pay for the diagnostics fee for Toyota to diagnose the problem, but they have been completely nice. I brought the car back in. They took the car apart again take a look at the door, etc. I just called and said hey the doors got a little screw that’s loose. I guess from yesterday when we put it back together no problem come right back in. We’re going to take care of you him and his wife are a sweetheart. They are delight to work with so before you read the negative reviews and decide not to go with this company because of those reviews it’s not 100% accurate. This company is definitely family oriented. They want to try to make sure that your car is not totaled even though it happens but this company I would honestly anytime if I ever need anybody work will come to Carmen‘s Auto Body plus agreed by their friendly dog why call spud”

“This is an honest man who has been in business for a number of years...very friendly...totally competent and knows his stuff...I am an older woman and my brother told me about him cuz he delivers for a local tool business. I just picked up my 2006 Honda which he repainted and got rid of the rust. It is beautiful he did an awesome job! Now he will be working on my other car putting new brakes/rotars. Anything else it needs as I will be selling it and asking a fair price. I trust this man with anything he says he can repair and there's not too many shops left like this one. The price is also very reasonable!”
