On 11/22/25 we were at the store and the Manager assisted us and this guy is incredible, what a pleasure to deal with this store is always welcoming and always has what we need, we moved to this area 1 year ago and they have assisted with our transition. “Amazing staff - Rick was a huge help getting a Festool part ordered. They sell SawStop machines and accessories, as well as a huge collection of Festool machines and accessories, and normal paint/finishing supplies of course. I’ve interacted with a handful of different staff members at this point (including Mike, who I think is the owner) and everyone has been 10/10. Highly recommend stopping by here!”

“I am a very amateur, aspiring-woodworker getting my garage set up for some beginners woodworking so I went to Lowe's in Halfmoon Friday morning. Overwhelmed by the drill bits selection I must've looked lost because my savior, Lowe's employee Nick, noticed I looked lost and asked if he could help with anything. I explained I am just starting out to get tools i need to build things - I explained the specific projects and Nick hooked me up. He didn't bombard me with things i don't need, he was patient and spent what I want to say was a good 30-45 minutes with me, helping me choose drill bits because i had no clue what to look for. he suggested items and explained the difference between an impact driver and a drill (i had no idea). He didn't talk down to me or make me feel like a "silly woman doing a man's job" kinda way. Nick was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate his patience and time he spent with me. He kept asking what else could he help me with, until I finally let him go. That's the way I like to feel as a customer walking into a place. Thank you Nick, you're the man!”

“Dog wash station is convenient with shampoo options, brushes, towels, an apron & treats. $10 to keep the mess out of the house. We either use the blow dry and brush out there or get some fresh air and brush outside. They've got many options for the pets which is the main reason I visit here. Friendly staff and mostly clean.”
