“I had to come to Albany for training for my Job and this hotel was excellent! I will say my room had a stale smell at first but I just put a wall plug in and it helped! But the staff were great! They had free breakfast and cool social nights with free food Monday-Wednesday. How cool is that! Also Lataysha at the front desk was so helpful and friendly! She’s great!”

“This hotel is beautiful. For those who need a place to stay, you won't be disappointed. The front desk check-in was friendly and fast. Show Evan some love when you go. He was abundantly helpful. He pratically mapped out how to get around the unique layout of the hotel. The first impression was great. Do not let the exterior fool you. The inside is spacious and modern. I want to talk about the staff. I would give the entire staff 10 stars if I could. This hotel accommodated March Madness teams, a wedding, and a 7 State Delegation Council on Friday, March 29th. Go over to the restaurant and enjoy the service of Dave, Tony, Danielle, Ava, and Hayley. Bring your groups here, and have your wedding here. The Crown Plaza has thee best Bartenders and Management I've ever experienced. Thank you all for a memorable evening! Just book the room and enjoy yourself.Rooms: I stayed in a suite that was top-tier quality. The bed was incredible. Im 140lbs and felt like i was sleeping in a cloudFood & drinks: Big D's restaurant is delicious. Try the burger. 5/5 taste and quality.Noteworthy details: Close to the Albany Airport”

“I have not seen the rooms at Glen Sanders but I know they go above and beyond to make your experiance one you will never ever forget. I use to cook there back in the day. Highly recommended this place for any kind of party. Graduations, Reunions, Weddings. You name it. You will always have a good time at the event. I have heard really good things about there rooms. You do not need to go for a big event. You can go to there dining room to eat with your other half just you and the other person. White glove service through out your visit. ?????”
“Stayed overnight on a drive north from NYC. Great rooms with solid square footage and couch, counters, fridge, coffee. I was impressed given my rate.
I will say the breakfast was tasty but the common are was very messy and dirty tables and dishes were in every direction. Seems the staff are overworked or not organized.”

“We booked a shopping trip to Albany. The location was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are a bit small, with little counter space in the bathroom or space to hang our towels.
The included breakfast is very good for this type of place.
Cleanliness-wise, it's not perfect, but it's okay. The sheets and beds are clean, as are the surfaces. There's dust on the ceiling and a bit of mold in the bathroom.”

“We were in town due to a medical emergency. We reserved a room through bookings and it wasn't showing up the manager and desk staff were very busy and very professional and polite they figured out the issue with the room and made a stressful situation for our family a good experience!”
“Hotel is exceptionally clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Safe location close to restaurants. A light breakfast of bagels, muffins and yogurt is offered in the morning. The coffee is good and they have fresh half and half cream. Beds are comfortable with cozy linens. My family and I enjoyed a nice stay here. We will stay here again when we are in the area.”

“Such a nice hotel and close to the restaurants in the area (like Shaker and Vine). I stayed there for my birthday and they provided complimentary champagne and a nice card in the room for checkin. The views of our room were beautiful too! The desk clerk was very friendly and I recommend this place if you are in Schenectady, NY. We went downstairs for some live music too that night at Rivers Casino which was fun!”

“I'm a veteran of cheap motels, so a lot of the small stuff doesn't bother me.
My room was clean and spacious. It came with a microwave and a mini fridge. The A/C worked really well also, although the units they use can be loud.
The young man at the counter working the night shift was very chill as well. I came stumbling in after driving literally all day and I was able to get a room on the spot. I will say, I got beat up a little bit on the price, but that's what I expected when I walked into a Motel at 11:00 pm on a weekend. He also sold me some delicious sour cream and onion potato chips.
5/5 I will use this location again the next time I am in the area.”

“The room was very nice, and the three of us girls shared it with no trouble.
There was a leak in the bathtub which kept dripping and I finally reported it to the front desk, so I’m sure they fixed it
Otherwise, it was very nice
Safety: We certainly felt extremely safe here.
Food and drinks: They had snacks and drinks available near the check-in desk. Each guest gets two bottles of water each day.”

“My only complaint is that the doors to the pool/gym were wonky and anytime you want to use them you need to get a employee. Staff was EXCELLENT. I brought my little dog and she can be a bit barky. We got a noise complaint and I was fully expecting to have to find alternative arrangements for her but the staff was super understanding and just moved us.”
