“Adrian and Jermaine were amazing! As I was visiting my mother accidentally shattered her phone screen and needed repairs asap. They let us know all technical warnings before taking it in and had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will be recommending Wireless Hope going forward, as we have gone to other techs (Albany) who have completely messed up basic cell prompts in the past.”

“Great manager! Joe really went above and beyond for me. The only complaint is it was quite short staffed given it’s Xmas week. I waited 45’ before anyone was available to help me. Was there for 3.5 hours. Tedious process. That requires more staff to handle the volume at this time of year and on weekends, too.”
“I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years and have never regretted it. I dropped by here yesterday to get a new sim card. I was helped by a wonderful young man, Marco. He knew his business, was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike some places I've been, he made me feel welcome while he replaced my sim card and checked to make sure it worked. Anytime I need help in the future, I'm coming here!”

“First called this location and spoke with Joe. He was very confident and sharp with his knowledge of my phone problem I was having and so I decided to visit. Joe was there and helped me sort out my issues and I was able to leave with a new working phone in a super quick time frame. This place had good reviews and I'd like to contribute in saying they did a great job for me too!
EDIT: Second visit months later to upgrade my wife's phone and we worked with Jordan, who loves Taco Bell and is getting married soon. She was super knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
