Not being tech savvy, I appreciated the time and patience offered me while upgrading my Apple I-phone. J-me assured me this deal would be stress free and it was.Today, I returned to the store to take care of a few items regarding my recent purchase and Michael was very patient explaining any questions I had about my I-15 Pro. “I called ahead with questions and talked to Justin. Later in the day I stopped in to buy a new SE phone. Justin was great and made the transaction easy to understand and seamless. He spent time setting up my new phone and helped me to transfer everything over from the old to the new. He applied my new screen protector and made sure I had accessories that I needed. If I had tried to do the new phone setup myself, I'm sure it would have taken so much more time and would have caused me so much frustration. While I was there, two other customers came in because it is a busy location. Justin was manning the store by himself, but was able to help others between set-up steps. He is very proficient at his job and I hope Cricket Wireless recognizes the excellent team members who make them look so good!”

“Josh helped me set up a new contract plan to transition from my prepaid so that I could get the iPhone 15 pro max I wanted! Apple was unable to assist me due to my plan type when I tried a few days ago and I was super disheartened.I’m so glad I decided to drop into AT&T while at the mall today. Everyone kept telling me to switch to Spectrum due to plan cost. As most know though, you get what you pay for.I love my phone and I’m so excited to have the plan I need with the provider I’ve loved for 19 years now!
