“Had a great experience at Adirondack Tire! Mike, the manager, was awesome — he took the time to sit and chat with me and my pup, even offering my puppy a treat. They were running a little behind schedule due to staff shortages, but Mike was super apologetic and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. Excellent customer service and genuinely kind people! Highly recommend.”
“Went for an oil change for my son's car last Saturday! My son said it was overfilled with oil and smelled oil! Took the car back, and told them the problem they looked at it made sure everything was okay! They were super , rechecked the car put it on the lift! Took my son out to look at what was done! Bottom line they were top shelf, customer service was phenomenal Jake and the two mechanics were very efficient and cordial! Also as a woman I didn't feel they were taking me for a ride! Good jobs! Good year guys!”
“Trish was amazing. I walked into the shop at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon after recently purchased a used car that needed brakes immediately. She took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and the cost associated with. She had compassion and empathy for my situation and worked with me to get my vehicle in a safe condition. Before I left she personally checked the tire pressure and made sure they were to spec. She did all this without batting an eye that is was late on a Friday afternoon or that I was frazzled with my situation. I wish I could give her and her team more stars. Great customer service and overall experience.”
“Definitely go to this place! It’s the most organized shop I’ve ever seen; took my Porsche 911 there to have them put new sensors in my BBS wheels (they have a very high end tire machine) Scott fixed my problem and charged me a very fair price! I have 7 vehicles (mostly work on myself) and this is my first time here; I will ? be back! Highly recommend! (From a car enthusiast)”

“I got a BOLT in my tire and on my way there got a nail in my other tire, just my luck. But David and Joe took care of me and plugged up both tires and when I got my car back the same day, they told me they rotated my tires FOR FREE. I’ve had to go to different auto repair shops for a couple different reasons but definitely the best experience i’ve had so far.
Thanks Tire Warehouse you guys are great <3”
“This place is a most excellent option for service, no matter what it is. These people can literally DO ANYTHING with a vehicle, regardless of the age or condition. Just call them, and drop off your car. We just had a surprise flat on a front tire, and they had it back to us later the SAME DAY. Don't waste your time elsewhere. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST !!!”
“Had an outstanding experience at the Clifton Park Monro. The entire team was fantastic—they got me in quickly, handled the service efficiently, and made the whole process completely painless. Finding an honest, prompt shop is rare. I’ll absolutely be bringing my Subaru here for any future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend! Thanks again!”

“Overall the best experience I’ve had at any service store, honestly. They are quick accommodating, very well run establishment that has their process down. They have visible queues on screen and directly next to it you can watch your car get worked on. Nothing to fear with that type of transparency! Very professional and all about the business. Great rates, great people!”
