“Traveled to area from NC for family emergency. Picked up a screw in tire during torrential downpour with flooded streets. They could've charged me whatever they wanted to. Tire was patched, other 3 were checked and made sure I was road worthy. All in for under $40. Matt was wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend this place”

“I had a slow leak in my tire earlier in the day and didn’t realize until the tire was completely flat. Since I share a car and work on weekends, it was difficult to simply wait until monday to find a place to fix it. I was initially nervous about going to a chain due to an experience I had at Mavis, but Monro really proved me wrong. I came in at 6:30 on a Friday (30 min before closing, I know i’m every workers nightmare) and one of the technicians agreed to not only change my tire, but stay after his shift ended to fix it. He also got me out within 45 minutes when I had waited 1-2 hours at other shops. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate him doing that. Thank you Sean!!”

“Grand Premier was awesome! I was in my new RV traveling from Cape Cod, MA to Colorado and I kept losing air from a rear tire. I saw now visible tire damage and the valve stem seemed fine. After visiting 3 shops, Grand Premier was willing to look at my rig. They found my new custom wheel failed (cracked) and they put on my spare tire - not an easy task. They wouldn’t take any money and send me on my way to finish my trip. OMG, these guys were life savers! Thank you! ?”
