“I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier’s and their staff. Not only is it refreshing, but it is comforting to know there are places like Lussier’s that you can confidently bring your car to and feel comfortable in every way!”

“Brought to DiLorenzos after trying to take a newly purchased MGB up the road to a different shop who has classic cars out front. Come to find out that after a day of no work and berating because I had the parts they needed and even offered to let them charge me again for them because they never use parts brought in by the customer, they couldnt do a simple break bleed and switch replacement even though their mechanic swears he has restored hundreds of them. I dropped off with Charlie on a tuesday afternoon, and by wednesday the breaks were bled, reverse light switch was replaced (the part was correct btw) and car passed inspection. Not only that, but they took time to explain possible pitfalls that they have seen with the MGB in gereral and what to look out for. Provided me with a voucher for emergency tow service as a new customer, and some eye candy with the classics they were working on in the back. Thanks guys appreciate your time and your professionalism. Love a well run family business.”

“So, I’m always extremely hesitant to go to any body shops or mechanic mainly because I’ve been screwed over by them and or are VERY over priced… going into a mechanic and or body shop can be overwhelming and intimidating. On 2/13/24 I got two flat tires which has never happened before, I googled nearest body shop and called THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE in less than an hour!!! Not only that gave me an amazing deal with two new tires!!! I can honestly say it was the most calm, easy, and fast. I will never go to another mechanic. I trust this company and the ppl who work here. Extremely satisfied and beyond happy with my experience & results! I couldn’t thank them enough!!!!”

“Our car was stuck on the highway on a weekend morning near Albany NY. We called a major roadside service, and through shear incompetence, waited hours for a tow truck that never came. We called Joe, and he was there in 20 minutes. He had us fixed up in short order. We are thankful for his fast and friendly service.I don’t think he takes credit cards. Venmo or cash, if I recall correctly.(Note: The image on Google Maps is a house. I was initially concerned that this was not a real towing service. Thankfully it was and is.Joe: You really need to put a picture of your truck or business on Google Maps)”

Vinny was a great help, outstanding customer service and very respectful and professional. He looked at the vehicle and performed all necessary requests for the warranty company. Him and his staff were great to work with. I further asked about an inspection, and he/his staff performed a same day inspection right away. They were awesome to work with. “Perlman’s was dispatched for me by a third-party roadside assistance company. My car being broken down was the straw that broke the camel’s back in an already very bad week. The driver was so kind and sympathetic as I intermittently sobbed throughout the towing process, all while dealing with a jump start turned tow in 20° weather with an electronic e-brake that didn’t want to shut off and a car that was parked at the wrong angle in a narrow parking lot. Very grateful for the kindness I was shown.”

“There's a lot of people that I owe gratitude back in the old days a lot of them taught me about Osborne Street they're good people they're not Short change the different straight answers many of the people the older folks that are no longer with me talk to me about Osborne there's people I've known on 2nd Ave all my life that are gone and there's a person I play football on 2nd Ave and Osborne when they give it to you straight versus the corporate always give them something $5 couple dollars cuz I've been going to them all my life with people they always told me take it to Osborne dealerships I know you're trying to eat but Osborne will give it to me straight since day one back in a junkyard dog Days jyd of wrestling and for the people we've lost and ladies God bless Osborne it's like the only memory of second Ave I have left”
