“Had a blowout this past Friday in Clifton Park. Terrible timing. But Essentials made the experience a breeze. Amanda was extremely helpful and provided me with pictures of the drop off at Destination Kia who lied about the drop off day. Won't be my next destination. Kudos to coffmans!”
“Of about 7 local towing service providers I called in the 518, Moonlawn Auto had the most reasonable price quote for me, which was exactly what I was ultimately charged. Moonlawn Auto was extremely responsive to my questions, answered my calls, was on time, and provided great service. Very friendly and helpful. Could not be happier with the service, and I would definitely recommend Moonlawn Auto for car towing services.”
“Customer service is top notch, they are honest and willing to slow down and have a conversation with you to help explain an issue. They take me seriously as a customer, which means a lot as a young woman who has had many negative experiences with mechanics. Prices are very reasonable and they never recommend unnecessary fixes.”

“We are stuck and unable to start our vehicle. They walked us through the issue and got us back on the road right away. Very friendly service as well - thank you.”
“Mike took my grandsons Ford Fiesta in even after being to other shops on being a Ford dealer that said cars brakes were unfixable. Took a few days but he got the car fixed which made my grandson very happy. He really like his car. The lady that answered the phone (sorry but I don’t remember her name) was always very polite and helpful when I called every day checking in. Great job to everyone.”

“Going to George's was easy and fast! I dropped off my work van for an inspection and brake work at 8:30 am and by 12:30 I was driving it home with 4 new rotors and pads!!!
My work van is my livelyhood so I really appreciate the super quick service.”
