“The ladies at the Brooklyn location are very nice, but I'm still waiting for my PCR test results more than 44 hours ago! They said within 24 to 36 hours, now going on 45 hours and counting...horrible. Also the "Support" email address doesn't work, it bounced back as "Spam" twice. I went to the Church Avenue location today 9/4/23, and the young lady was very helpful, she gave me my test results printed on the spot and sent them to my email so I could send to my boss, what a relief! If she wasn't there I don't know what I would've done!”

“We went to the location on third Avenue and 96th St.…The service was great…I made an appointment for 3 PM…And I arrived one hour early in case of a wait…I was so happy to see that there was no wait…I came with my four children to be tested…I was so very happy that they were willing to do the test on my children who’s ages ranging from six years old to 12 years old…I wish I knew the young man’s name who did their swaps…He was very nice to them, and very reassuring to them…He did an exceptional job with them… I am very pleased with the service…Our results came back within the timeframe that they said the results would come back…24 to 48 hours…our results were back in 28 hours…I was so happy and relieved…I would recommend this laboratory to anyone who is looking for a professional and comforting Covid testing experience for their children..”

“I saw this urgent care walking on Flatbush on day and today was the day I checked myself in due to a splinter in my foot. The receptionist was warm and explained the kiosk system I waited no more than 5 minutes before I was taken to the back and triaged. The assistant in the back was warm and understanding to my discomfort. The Md came in and went to work. It was a great experience would recommend”
“Am happy i visited this urgent care. The lady at the front desk was super super super helpful. I was very weak and tired she get up her sit and come out to help me with signing in. The staff from jump treated me with respect and mostly with care. Ms Betty Flore was very helpful and gave me a breakdown on my situation at hand. “This place is amazing, I scheduled for a dna testing with a lady name ms Yvonne she’s the supervisor and she was amazing very nice spoken, and she booked my appointment and scheduled the appointment with ms Angela she was a very nice well spoken lady, I asked her some questions and she answered all my questions in a nice polite way. We went on a Wednesday and we got our test today on Monday 12:22pm, I highly recommended this place. If u guys need a dna test done this is the perfect place to come to, the price is worth it all!
