“The transmission in my 2021 Forrester began to shift with a jerk out of 1st gear when cold. Once warmed up it was fine. Pointed this out to my service advisor when and an appointment was made for me to drop the car off late in the afternoon and I was provided with a loaner car. The next morning I received a phone call advising me that the transmission had a defect and that it would be ordered and replaced. I was to keep the loaner until the repair was completed. The replacement was completed in one week much to my surprise. I picked up my car and drove away a happy camper. Everything was done in a professional manner. “I needed to get my tires installed asap and I had no hope with local places. When I called they were able to take me asap and even gave me the 10% discount through Yelp. It was an hour wait but they gave me the tires back and wrapped in plastic. Great service. Only downfall is the waiting room is very hot and I wish they had fans or offered cold waters during the wait. It would def make the wait more desirable.”
