“I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier’s and their staff. Not only is it refreshing, but it is comforting to know there are places like Lussier’s that you can confidently bring your car to and feel comfortable in every way!”

They fit me in the same day and were courteous, knowledgeable and quick! The insurance company accepted their estimate with no questions and they issued my check. Calling around so many shops would not even look at my car for two weeks. I highly recommend TACS for any service you may require and a personal thanks to Dan for making a stressful situation much more bearable. :)”

“I brought my car there after my passenger side was hit by another car. The whole process from estimate to pick up was wonderful. The staff communicated with me throughout the process. Since it was covered under the person insurance who hit me, they communicated with the insurance company. My pick up and drop off of the rental car could be done right at the shop. “Kamal and his wife Max are amazing people. They did everything they could for me to keep costs down on an insurance claim (body work and paint job). They also worked around my schedule to get the car in. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and the car was completed on Friday. Not to mention the paint looks like glass. Kamal also offered to do a paint correction on a deep scratch which wasn't even part of what he painted - free of charge. I challenge you to find another place that would do that for anyone.you will not be disappointed if you take your car here.”

They did such an amazing job from start to finish, I will never go to another body shop. The repairs were fast, excellently done, and extremely fair in price. Even when my insurance was frustrating me, Ali made me feel like it was going to be okay with his kind, calm, professional demeanor.
