Firstly, I am a long way from home—I live in San Antonio, Texas—and am visiting New York to attend my son’s graduation from Navy Nuclear School in Ballston Spa. My parents, who are from Puerto Rico, had been visiting my brother in Virginia and joined me here for the occasion.

The service we received was exceptional from the moment we walked through the door until the time we checked out. When my father and I asked Ms. Nipura where we could find the pain medicine, she didn’t simply point us to the aisle. Instead, she took the time to connect us with one of the outstanding pharmacists, who helped my father select the appropriate lidocaine patches and recommended the diclofenac cream my mother needed.

t has now been about six hours since my mother applied the diclofenac cream, and the difference has been remarkable. She has experienced significant relief, and we are incredibly grateful for the pharmacist’s recommendation.

In today’s world, it is becoming increasingly rare to receive this level of genuine customer service.
