I met with a loan officer at the Commack branch. He was personable and made me feel as though we belonged. (My wife and myself). I have prior experience with other banks and mortgage companies. The bank and support employees are 5 star both in initial service and follow up.

Bank had long teller line, I mentioned it to one desk associate didn't seem to care..until another associate stepped up to address the situation. Branches need supervision as staff is getting complacent towards customers starting to impact business
