“I had to go to Citibank over the weekend and A man named Jared Tong helped me with my issue. I was having a issue with my Debit card. I am not going to say the problem I was having because that is private. And what I am trying to say is that Jared Tong went out of his way to help me resolve my issues and corrected them! And then Jared even went out of his way to call me this morning to make sure that everything ok. If I could give 10 Stars on the Customer Service he provided me I would and then some! If you have Citibank and you have an issue with something go to the Citibank on Jericho Turnpike in Commack and ask for Jared Tong and trust me you will leave there very Happy!”

“I have just read the review for the Commack branch of Capital One Bank. I can't believe this is the same branch of Capital One that my husband and I have used for years. We've never had problems with this bank or any employee in it. The staff has always been very helpful and courteous to us. They always have a smile, good morning, or good afternoon for everyone. I understand anyone can have a bad day, however, our experience has always been a very positive one. I guess that's why we have not only banked with them over the years but have trusted them to re-mortgage our home. I hope the writer will make a point of sitting down with someone in management and give them a chance to make this experience a positive one. Just my 2 cents. K.R.”

“The only thing that I have a problem with this bank and this is probably there in the bigger versions of this Credit Union is that there's no bathroom, 1 time for some odd reason I was feeling very nauseous and unfortunately I had to step outside 'cause of no customer bathroom, fortunately they were really nice about the situation, the best part about this situation was that 1 of the Bank tellers decided to help me out by getting me a water bottle from inside. As you can imagined I was very embarrassed but it happens 'cause we're not perfect and just human!”
