“I have been doing Jazzercise on and off for over 30 years. Whenever I stop it to try another form of exercise I always end up back at Jazzercise. It’s the ONLY thing that keeps my exercise routine consistent. Not only do you get a perfect workout with a combination of cardio and strength training, but it’s FUN too. Can you say that about most other workouts! The instructors at Commack Jazzercise are fantastic and always show modifications for beginners to those that are more advanced. I’ve also made some life long friendships there as well. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. Overall, Jazzercise is the best form of exercise for ALL ages and will definitely be a part of my life forever.”

“I’m obsessed since I started last year!!! You feel so good after your 50 min class. It’s challenging and a great workout but you can work at your own pace and modify if needed. I love the app, it’s super easy to sign up for classes. The instructors are so nice and helpful. Love making purre barre apart of my weekly routine!”
