“I have been coming to this gym for past 5 years, last 2 months due to medical emergency i haven't been here, today was my first day back and wow, what a disaster, disappointment, another example of corporate people sitting in front of computers and not understanding what the consumer wants, they went from having bunch of useful.machines(still used to be a wait) to down sizing and replacing it will mostly useless equipment that no one uses, I have worked in the area different food establishments and now I see why the whole neighborhood is complaining business is slow, and then I spoke to staff and they said something lot of regular decided to move away from this gym, bottom line with every establishments u have to listen to the people on the floor they r there everyday and know ur business better then spreadsheets, whole area which has smoothies,vitamins,meal preparation types of establishments are down 50-60%, and walking in today made me understand why.”
