“Vinny provided exceptional customer service with my OSB needs. Also prices are cheaper than home Depot I think. ~$11 for one and previously cut and discarded ones are free.”
“I would like to extend my sincere applause and appreciation to your Farmingdale, NY employee, Christian Nielsen, for providing customer service that went far beyond his normal responsibilities.
Chris personally called me to let me know that he had found a sizeable check I had endorsed to a contractor. He then asked what I would like him to do with it. He even volunteered to void the check, destroy it, and text me a photo confirming that those actions had been completed.
Because of Chris's honesty, initiative, and exceptional professionalism, I was likely spared what could have been a lengthy and stressful dispute with both my bank and the contractor.
Thank you, Mr. Nielsen, for demonstrating integrity and outstanding customer care. In all my years of shopping at Home Depot, this is, without question, the finest customer service I have ever received. Employees like Christian Nielsen are a tremendous asset to your company and deserve to be recognized.”

“I was looking to buy a house from this place; but they only sell them disassembled. I’m not interested in buying a disassembled house, but this is a nice store. It’s good for birdwatching, if you’re into that.”
