“This is a great Home Depot location! I went in looking for a specific clearance lawn and garden cordless tool combination package. I quickly found it on the shelves in the garden center and it was clearly marked as clearance. A very professional and pleasant home depot employee was right there to help me get the item unlocked. He even carried it for me to a cash register with a real person there to ring up my purchase. The cashier was also professional and pleasant. This was an excellent Home Depot shopping experience! I really enjoy going to this location.”

Instead of avoiding eye contact, two team members actively approached customers, offering help and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Even at the self-checkout, a simple query turned into a heartwarming scene where a team member not only answered a customer's question but also mediated a dispute between two children, showcasing a commitment to exceptional service.This stands in stark contrast to my experiences at other stores. Visiting two Home Depots and another Lowe's in Brooklyn left me frustrated in my search for deck paint and assistance. However, my visit to Lowe's on Long Island was a game-changer. An employee not only directed me to the deck paint but also volunteered to customize the color without prompting. This level of service left me incredibly satisfied and reaffirmed my belief in the power of exceptional customer care.”

“A big thank you to Steve and Jen for helping resolve an issue with an Anderson Storm door. Home Depot was great Anderson customer service is below par. The 90 day warranty is worthless. Shame on Anderson. It would be great if Anderson Packed the storm doors with sufficient foam and padding to protect the doors during Shipping. The warranty only covers parts. Good luck trying to disassemble one of these doors. Made very cheaply. There must be a a better brand.”
“Randomly have been shopping at this location since it's relocation from the previous East Meadow location. Great repurpose of the old K-Mart space. This Home Depot store is clean and appears/feels more open and spacious than the previous location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Items are generally in stock compared to some other locations. Online order with store pickup is also a very good option for customers to utilize.”
“Recently purchased my kitchen granite countertop through home depot online order. The measurements and sample system online was awesome, and straight forward to follow directions. Either way, once you make your purchase, you will get a phone call regarding your purchase. They give you the option to pick a custom slab too if desired. You'll be assigned a Designer who will keep you up to date on your order and any special/custom request, my designer was Amanda from PennFab. Amazing and super patient! The home depot staff was amazing as well, the whole design department in home depot was great with advise and planning. After the fabricator sent someone to take measurements AND make a template, I then paid the remaining bill for any adjustments. (I changed the color.) BUT most importantly, the measurements and the template process was smooth and it's VERY accurate! Desiree, thank you so much for staying on top of my project, and being so very patient with my color picking frinzy. Joseph, your advice on the size and discount, stellar! Great call, and thank you for the confidence in the whole process. Mr. H! You're the best, the man let me look through EVERY color sample and was in no rush. Home Depot design department is obviously all on the same page, and are good at what they do. They know the process well, and they also understand the anxiety of the customer when picking the right color/material. Highly recommended! Smooth and easy enough process at the end.”

It was a lifelong dream of hers and they assisted her with great care, patience, and thorough explanations of the process. The quality of all materials, cabinets, countertops and backsplash, was exceptional. Installation was seamless. Contractors were professional and courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner. “I went to this Home Depot this past weekend only to find it packed with customers. The staff were all extremely busy but Martin stopped and took the time to ask us how he could help even though I could tell he was in the middle of several different things. We ended up getting the grill we wanted pre-assembled and a Martin took the time to help us fit it into our car (not an easy task)!”
