“I had a very pleasant experience at Goodyear. They were very friendly and helpful answering my questions. They had a new gentleman that was very nice in helping us get our Subaru in same day to have our tires changed after getting a flat and having it towed to your garage. 10 out of 10 recommend.”

“Came in for an alignment after being told at a previous shop it was “a miracle” I drive my car at all because my alignment was so off. They also told me I had absolutely no back brakes & failed my inspection without ever turning the car on or moving it from the spot I parked in. John came in the waiting room stating there was absolutely nothing wrong with my alignment. Being hesitant he even offered to show me his findings and sure enough all four tires were exactly where they needed to be. I had already purchased back brakes and told him I will come back when they’re done for an inspection. He checked them as well and shockingly they were also perfectly fine. He offered to do my inspection on the spot and I was out of there within the hour. Super friendly and well mannered! Thank you John!”

“This garage has the absolute best staff. As a woman it is always a little scary when something goes wrong with a car. These mechanics have never taken advantage of my misfortune with my car. I will always choose Kaprals for anything that I need!”
