“The male pharmacist, I believe his name is Michael, is the best. Always so nice, helpful, and professional. I have family members with very complicated medications and health problems and he's always been extremely helpful with questions. We go out of our way to go to this pharmacy vs others much closer to us.”
“I shop here daily, the prices are good, either the same price as most other grocery stores or less. The staff is kind and friendly, but the produce could be better in terms of fruits and vegetables as sometimes they are either moldy or mushy. Overall it is a good store to shop for goods and necessities.”

“The main reason I began visiting Flory was because of their automatic entrance door. It helps me greatly with my physical disability. Shortly after becoming a regular customer, I realized the staffs were treating me like a family member ( with gentleness, care, compassion and understanding). One of the young staffs seems to have interest in learning ASL ( American Sign Language) as I’m deaf and she always tries to sign to me. Flory is like a deli — it sells a variety of food and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I personally like all of the staffs there as they seem to be great people who value their customers.
And finally, police officers are often seen there enjoying their break time, which makes the area feel safe and pleasant.”
“They always do an excellent job with the car repairs on our VW diesel, and the workers are super nice and friendly. I have 3 young kids I often have to bring along, and they actually love coming to the waiting area as there are little games and things there for them to do, and Yasmin is always so nice to them. I highly recommend coming here!”

“I’m sad to admit I forgot about Stewart’s, even though it was a shop I was raised on as a kid; as we used to go get ice cream for a treat sometimes.
Fast forward and the quality is still unmatched, as well as the customer service. One thing I can say about this location is, the quality of the food and service has been on a cumulative roll. The ice cream, which is made from their milk (Which is ranked #1), is delicious and creamy. Especially the limited run flavors. I just realized they have pizza after my mom ordered one the other day, so I had to try a pepperoni one. The crust is so nice and thick that you can be full from one slice. They cooked the pizza to perfection, as it was well done and had a bit of crisp, but still soft and tasty. It wasn’t over-oily and it tasted really good.
I’ve been here a handful of times since I had the ice cream recently and you can tell the staff cares about their job. They do a great job. Thanks guy as always for the superb service and tasty eats!”

“I'm sorry to hear about other people's horror stories concerning this place, but I'm not gonna lie, I enjoyed the Fire Alarm Sandwich from here, & I can appreciate them seeming to have hot sandwiches (both lunch/dinner & breakfast) out at all times of the day & night. “I received next level customer service and kindness from one of the overnight crew. I stumbled into this location after a long day of working overtime hours desperate for some junk food. I asked Kevin if he could fix me some fresh pizza and hotdogs, and he obliged! Not only did he oblige, but he went on to ensure that the temperature of the meat I was about to consume was safe! He went so far as to explain the standard AND show me the temperature so I would feel comfortable! This is an example of next level customer service that is so far removed from our current way of life. People like Kevin deserve to be recognized and given opportunities to demonstrate they are capable of so much more than their current charge.”

“Thank you for being there today when I needed gas. I knew I was coming from Fishkill on Route 9 and had no opportunity to get gas (I had passed one of your competitors just off the I-84 ramp). I've been looking to see more of US-9 south of I-84 and today was it. I found no real problems with the transaction at the Pay-at-the-Pump spot. It took my GasBuddy card with ease and performed dutifully. Although I was hoping for a Shell station (coming from the north), when I saw this station being the first gas station south of where I "landed" with an Uber rider, I decided to pop in and get some gas. Their weren't many other cars at this station, but I found it to be a little clean. I'm not too sure of this station's use. It used electronic signboards to list the price and the cash-credit difference was about 9 cents.”

“Great staff there. Shout out to Kevin who confirmed my photo order would not come out as I anticipated, called me back as promised and even left me a voicemail when I missed the call. The older Caucasian lady there has a super sweet voice and is incredibly kind. Great spirit about her. And honestly the other few people I’ve spoken to either on the phone or at the store there are all great. One guy usually sounds very cheerful when answering the phone on the night shift. I have yet to run into a sour employee or have any issues with the store. Great customer service every single trip!”
