“I did a day pass and want to say these employees are doing great things. They are all nice, sweet, encouraging, and upbeat. I love the variety of equipment and atmosphere. This neighborhood has been on the news a lot but the gym is a safe haven from the outside. Wonderful place to work out!!”

“Gym is very clean and kept nice, staff are very friendly and welcoming, I met the managers the other day I believe their names were Anderson and Edwin, both very nice and welcoming people. The machine variety is nice just do wish there were less cardio machines, overall a good gym.”
