I arrived after 3. The pharmacy was already closed. Nancy the pharmacist kindly made an exception and filled my prescription. That goes above and beyond in my book. Thank you again Nancy for being so accommodating.

A lot of good products available and the employees all seem pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. The place is clean and well-organized. Easy in and out, even in a wheelchair.

We’ve been going to Kinneys on rt 281 in Cortland, NY for years and they are outstanding, second to none. Even though they’re usually extremely busy, we get great customer service and very pleasant people who go the extra mile. Love them!
