YOU ARE THE BEST IN NYS and no im not exaggerating somehow my toddler removed my electronic SIMs card and phone number off of my account and locked my account and this man was able to not only give me back my sims card but unlock my accounts and relock it with a different password and I couldn't appreciate him more and unbeknownst to him he didn't know it at the time and I'm sure this is when he will find out that my abuser was standing over my shoulder and he is actually the one who removed my son's card locked my account because he had access to my account he handled that situation beautifully he knew by eye conversation only that I needed to lock my account ASAP and keep my stuff hidden and he did exactly that my God man what a terrific man you are God bless your wife and God bless your job and I pray that the supervisors see this!!”
