Not only was the staff courteous and professional but the service was outstanding!!!! I brought my car in the morning and in a few short hours my remote was installed. “Had a random issue with my iPhone pop up before heading off on a big trip to Europe. Panicking, I went to Geek Squad at Best Buy and was quoted $500 for repair. I thought I was going to need to buy a whole new phone after being told that. Decided to stop by at Cricket and Alex greeted with a big smile on his face and was eager to help me fix my phone. After a few hours, I left with a functioning phone again and $500 still in my pocket all thanks to the store manager, Alex!!! Thank you so so SO much, Alex, for all of your help!!!!!!!
