The experience was absolutely terrible, and poor business model. Sign in to be serviced, the sign in process is horrible and should be revamped for the elderly.The staff are OK, but you can tell they are hourly employees that get commissions for harassing people to buy stuff they don't need.

Was given the wrong modem, cause I had a router/modem combo. Was without a tv for 3 days.. waiting for a technician.

Nothing but issues from day 1 with both home and mobile services. They use Verizon for mobile, huge waste of time and money.
