“I had a 5-star experience today. Employee Josh was very helpful to me while also assisting other customers in both English and Spanish. He transferred my data over from my 1st Gen. iPhone SE to my refurbished S23 Ultra despite his initial concerns about not everything transferring. He was very upfront with me about these concerns and at no point did I feel like I was being given the run around. My apps didn't transfer (not an issue at all as I didn't have many installed to begin with) however all of my contacts, photos, and videos made it over in-tact. Thank you Josh!”

“Went in this afternoon to update the SIM card on my old Galaxy S10 phone. The young woman behind the desk took my phone and swapped out the old chip and put in the new chip before I even knew what happened. She tested it out and I was done in less than 10 minutes. I will be going back in the future to set up my new phone when I upgrade. Thank you very much Guiselle for the great service!”
