“I am blown away by the service at this store. The owner is kind, considerate, helpful, and extremely patient. I can be a difficult customer at times and have lots of questions. The owner went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure that I left as a satisfied customer. This was the best interaction in customer service that I have had in years. “I'm always amazed at just how many Sunoco gas stations always have problems when I walk into them. However, when I had to fill up on gas today (and since my GasBuddy card isn't accepted at the Mobil station across the street), I had to come in here. I was on my way to Albany from my Dutchess county home, had chosen to fill up in Hudson (off 9H) but had missed many of my landmark gas stations, and chose this place. I realized the price was a little higher than normal and was half-expecting it. It was still much like any other Sunoco, but having had to use pay-at-the-pump I knew I could fill up here. I had noticed a diesel truck waiting near the exit, which was my only drawback (having had to smell the diesel being burned throughout my adventure here), but I guess that can't be controlled. It didn't present much problem, but having come in via 9H and exiting via Rte 66, having to make a hard turn to get back on 9H was impossible when I realized my mistake. It's a little rundown on the outside. There's few spaces to temporarily park and do a quick shopping trip/convenience store run inside, but I just needed gas so I wasn't looking for much. Thanks for being there when I needed you.”

The fellow who must have been the owner was so kind to me, and then when we had trouble with a side mirror and my husband asked if they had Crazy Glue, he gave him his personal stash from his bag and said to keep it. He said hello to everyone who came on the property and was beyond polite. Made a pit stop so much more pleasant.”

“Best Gas/Vapor shop in the area and they have the flavors everyone else is scared to carry. Like disposable nicotine sticks , and pods that are not virginia tabacoo or even you know I'm just going to say stop buy see for yourself and then I won't worry about snitching and getting stiches lol. Seriously I'm no rat so do it go you won't regret it. Anyway did you know that you can buy all those flavors of vapor greatness online yeah all of them you just have to have a friend out of state though. No delivery to NY of course. So just a heads up. You didn't hear it from me ok. Tell em Frankie Toupee sent you and you probably will get a weird look and a loud who! But it's funny and sometimes works . Citgo great gas good service and pleasent people.”

“Be careful...I used a debit card for the cash price and the pump charged me the credit price. 45 cent difference....It did not give me a receipt. I went into the store and asked for a receipt...i checked it and found the error. He looked at me like a deer in headlights....he refunded me the .45 cents. Image how much they make in a month.”

“The gas station employees were very patient and kind. They even gave me a free a bagel, albeit, this happened due to miscommunication on my end. Basically, I was offering to buy them one amidst my unorthodox shenanigan of nonchalantly filming.Essentially, I've been preforming this longtime, on and off, social experiment of sorts to show how unfazed individuals are by the countless security cameras protruding down at them in the public domain. Or, for instance, the majority's absolute lack of concern regarding government invasion of privacy.”
