“Mr. Lee and his staff have always made me feel comfortable each and every time I come into the store. They are friendly and are courteous. As an African-American woman, I’ve never felt judged, looked down upon, or followed around in their store the way that I do in other stores. Also, if there is something that you need in their store that you may not be able to find, Mr. Lee goes out of his way to get it for you . “We stopped at Stewart's for a bit of refreshment on our way back from hiking in Massachusetts. The pizza was, indeed, both hot and fresh. I paired it with a Stewart's cold brew, which made for an adequate thirst quencher. The service was quick and friendly, and the premises tidy. We availed ourselves of a bench outside, as the evening atmosphere was inviting, and were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves serenaded by a gray tree frog calling from somewhere nearby.”
“Good place for food hot or cold specially their empanadas WOW tasty and delicious with right amount of meat inside it’s insane I highly recommend recommend it the guy who makes the subs it’s a COOL GUY Brandon it’s his name.”

“The owners are very friendly. It has everything a normal convenience store has but also some extra groceries and a special indian/asian food section. There is a large fridge room with beer and other refrigerated products. Even when there is a foot of fresh snow covering the streets so that you can't drive anywhere, these guys keep the store open! The owner even kept in stock a specific brand of beer just for me that nobody else was buying.”

“I've been filling my prescription at this Rite Aid for several years now and I have never had any issues. The pharmacy team always works hard to ensure that I don't overpay for my medication since my insurance charges different amounts for different drug manufacturers. The team is very pleasant, kind, and professional. 10/10 would definitely recommend.”

“I love this Stewarts in general but the staff here is what really shines. Many times an interaction with them has made my day. A few weeks ago, I was there waiting to check out. A new employee, who was in training, was ringing up an order and had to think critically about how to approach a complex part of it. They paused to present the dilemma to the wonderful manager there, Joe. Here was the great part: Joe first went out of his way to praise the employee for noticing this tricky thing and then efficiently showed them the ins-and-outs of what to do next, so that they would know why and how to do this next time. The way they spoke to each other was so respectful and positive, I smiled all day afterwards. We see so many examples of unhealthy and unaccountable relating in the world--this was seriously a breath of fresh air that made me want to pay it forward in kindness for the rest of the day. On another note, I also love that this store has just egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches with no meat. 5+++ stars for this Stewarts!”

“I’m a regular at this store and my sister works here. Everyone is always so kind even when faced with disrespectful customers. Cassandra specifically was faced with a group of angry disrespectful teenagers and she was so composed and respectful, trying to help the group the best she could. All they did was insult her and yell insults to her face but she kept her composure and was still helpful. Truly a professional environment. 5 stars!!”
“I’ve been wanting to stop at this convenient store for a few months now since I just bought a house on 351. I let the girl behind the counter make me up a special sandwich that I heard her talking about grilled turkey bacon with veggies and chipotle sauce . Unbelievable —probably the best grilled sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. I just want to say thank you to the people who work there. They were very friendly , I recommend this store to everybody in the area best people best food around.”

“There's 2 employees at this Stewart's shop that stand out over others, Zola and Monique. I've always been treated with the upmost respect by these two hard workers and it is rare to see so much dedication and professionalism displayed among today's workforce. I can't count how many times I've seen Monique working when I come in to get coffee before work in the morning and when I go back at night well after 9pm on the same day! Such dedication and hard work should not go unnoticed by the company. I would like to thank them both for being who they are!!!”

You can grab coffee, breakfast or lunch and even lotto all while fueling up. They have regular and diesel stations at all the Stewart. I go to Stewart's at least 3 times a week faithfully. Love thier coffee!”

“I visit this location everyday some time 4/5 times a day. I am writing in regards to all the employees here (Diana, Traci, Laura, Amanda, Pam & the 3 young men I can't remember their names). I write reviews for people who I find exceptional at there jobs. I have been to the new Stewart's in Watervliet & many other locations. Honestly 2458 2nd Ave Stewart's is like a community store. It's always clean and lines go very fast. For what I have witnessed all the employees here know almost every customers name. They all always greet and say goodbye. I find it amazing how they all know so much about so many customers lives. For example they remember who smokes and when checking someone out they ask if he/she needs anything else like cigarettes & same thing goes for lotto. They are all always busy & multitasking. This is one of my favorite store to go to. I think I can speak for many others saying that. I can't think of a better store to write a review for. Great Team & Great Job Stewarts!!”
