βA bit expensive but good selection. I was there on weekend and found a few too many kids working there. Went to check out and as I maneuvered to a free line the βkidβ put the closed sign up and went to do something else. Suggest more supervision on the weekendsβ

βI worked at a space next to the market. I often bought lunch and grocery items for home. It is not inexpensive, but the unique and interesting items seemed reasonable. It was a convenient location for me with a friendly atmosphere, so i considered it a good value.β
βStopped in for a sandwich and asked for a recommendation She suggested the grilled teriyaki steak with caramelized onion on a roll. This was seriously one of the best sandwiches I ever had! The fresh roasted turkey breast was also excellent. Highly recommend very friendly clean and pleasant deli/sandwich shop/catering .β

βGreat veggies and fresh foods, good deli snacks and you can find hard to find snacks and drinks there, the staff are friendly and though the back of the store is kind of cramped, it has some great rare snacks and ramen. Definitely a great grab-and-go location.β
βStopped in on the first day of Hanukkah for a matzoh ball soup and was treated to such a delicious pint of fatty-chicken broth and hearty, flavorful, comforting matzoh balls. Just what I needed! Coming back here for their soup again soon and some solid snacks.5 stars!!!β

βI love this place, it is well organized and clean, they make sure that their products have a good expiration date, the truth is that I always find everything I need and the service they provide is excellent, they are very friendly and attentive.β
βThis local market has it all and then some. American staples and very interesting Asian foods. Hot and cold foods available, all fresh and yummy. They serve breakfast sandwiches which are perfect. Great value and full Bore's Head selections. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The coffee is good. They have lots of interesting desserts.β
βThere was a mix up in the orders and the ham we had ordered for Xmas was not there when we went to pick it up. These things happen but thatβs when real customer service oriented businesses like Milillo farms shine! The owner spent quick some time cutting up another piece in order to make sure we didnβt have to drive anywhere else and we had a delicious meal for Xmas eve. Moreover, we had a prime rib roast seasoned and ready to go in the oven and it was the best we have had! Pies were also so tasty!β
βA lot of local people donβt know this market exists. While from the exterior it looks like a typical small store with last minute staple items, this one has an amazing butcher! if your grilling, one of my favorite marinaded meats can be found here. The prices on this incredible meat selection are usually better than your nearby supermarket and the quality better. Give it a try!β
βLooking for the neighborhood market with fresh fish, produce, meat, and baked goods, then venture into town and shop at Sgaglio's Marketplace. I highly recommend taking a look at their prepared meals too. I picked up the most delicious carrots as well as potato pancakes. Add any of these items to your meal and reduce your turnaround time. Your guests will delight in seeing you join them at the table sooner. The old-world charm here is welcoming, and the bakery counter sure comes in handy! Definitely worth shopping here..β
βLiving in North Stamford wouldnβt be as great without LaRoccaβs. They have one of the better delis and butcher in Stamford, along with really good prepared foods of all types. Weβre lucky to have them in the neighborhood.β
β4 stars only because they use buttercream (bleh) instead of cream cheese frosting on their carrot cake. Otherwise, absolutely wonderful bakery and butcher shop there.β

βI love shopping here - during Covid, we discovered that our favorite feature of this store is the bakery! We are not dessert snobs by any means, but do have pretty definite ideas of what we like in pastries and cakes. During our entire year of eating in for every occasion including birthdays and holidays, we were very pleasantly surprised at the variety of desserts, the freshness, and the taste. Since then, just about everyone in our family goes to their bakery for cookies, pastries, cakes and pies. Another feature we love are the grab and go cold cuts - you can't beat the convenience and speed. Huge variety of goods ranging from cereals to yogurts, fresh produce, meats, snacks, etc. Bring your own bags for checking out and you save a little more!β
