“We recently needed to renew my passport and get a new passport for my 2 year old daughter. We made an appointment and came in with the forms printed from online. Winifee was so great and helpful with us. Winifee took the care with us and was so patient , it truly felt like my own mom was helping me. Had we not gone and done this process in person there were a lot of items we filled out wrong on the forms and were grateful for the assistance. In addition to helping us get our paperwork completed correctly, Winifee then also took our passport photos. The whole process was wonderful and we have already received our new passports almost 2 weeks later. I truly don’t know what we would have done without Winifee.”
“My mother was visiting me from Michigan and had her prescription medication forwarded to my home in Danbury. Unfortunately, the package was returned because she does not permanently live at my address. We came to the post office three days in a row trying to find out what had happened, but no one was able to locate the package or explain where it had gone. My mother was extremely worried because she could not get a replacement, and her insurance would not cover another refill.
Then we met Ritu, and everything changed. She took the time to listen, thoroughly researched the issue, and refused to give up until she found my mother’s medication. Her determination, knowledge, and genuine compassion turned an incredibly stressful situation into one of relief and gratitude. My mother was so thankful that she wanted to give Ritu money to show her appreciation, but Ritu kindly refused and simply said she was happy she was able to find the medication.
Employees like Ritu are rare. She went far beyond what anyone expected, treating us with kindness, respect, and extraordinary dedication. Her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to helping others reflect the very best of the USPS. We will never forget her compassion and outstanding service. Robert helped me track my package down and reroute it to the correct address, which was not simple. He was so kind and helpful, called me back twice, and provided me with an updated tracking number. “This is a small post office and it is ran very well. The clerk is so helpfully and always a smile. She does a great Job with the pass ports. People just have to realize that it is a small post office so people have to be patient if there is a line. Love the people that work here they have been very good to me and my mail lol for the last 23 year. Thank you.”
“Just had a Hanukkah miracle! We were missing a package and since it was Christmas everything was closed. I called the post office the next day and Kenisha was SOOO pleasant and patient! She help crack the case of the missing holiday package. Hanukkah was saved and one less tween meltdown. THANK YOU so much!!!”

Over the years, there have been several very very nice employees who are most helpful, and respectful.However, the was a change in Postmaster general in recent years.Much to my chagrin, there have been NUMEROUS TIMES THAT I myself, (n I've heard from others), that he is significantly rude to some of his customers. That should not be the case, but it's best just to ignore unpleasant people n there actions. (as long as they're not harmful).”
