“Top rate service by a top notch individual! Navin has been my mechanic for over 15 years. Ive trusted him with all repairs of my many cars over the years. Not only does he amaze me with his incredible knowledge of what feels like every aspect of a car, but what sets him apart from all other mechanics is his fair and honest demeanor. He truly cares about his work and always stands behind his word. Ill continue coming to Navin and Unlimited Auto Service for as long as I have a car. “This is now my go to auto body shop. Adam is kind, honest, and so transparent. My car was ready within the promised time, everything was done perfectly, and my car was given back to me cleaner than how I left it. Adam navigated most of the insurance stuff for me, and if I had any questions he was always so quick to get back to me. I could not have asked for a better experience. I cannot recommend the shop enough!! If you need an auto body shop, this is the place.”

“Used this company a year ago. Did a good job on my SUV. Went back to talk to Ethan but could not find their store open. A new business occupies there spot. Haven’t seen any recent reviews so had to come to see.”

“Best way owner Ibraham helped me out when Allstate wanted to total my car without looking at it due to the report. I insisted that they send an adjuster. Ibraham went over the car with him and it was far from being totaled. I have the car back now for the last two weeks and feel like I have a new car! Thanks Best way”

“I cannot say enough good things about my experience with J&D Customs! Having your car repaired after an accident can be stressful, but they made the entire process so quick, easy and smooth. I dropped my car off on Monday and had it back by Friday—just five days! I was so impressed with how quickly they completed everything and how beautiful my car looked. They even arranged for the rental company to pick me up so I could get a rental car. Having that taken care of made everything much easier and gave me one less thing to worry about. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new, just like the day I got it from Lexus! I also asked them to fix a scratch that wasn’t related to the accident, and they took care of that too. I truly appreciated the extra care and attention to detail. They even washed my car before returning it, which was such a lovely finishing touch! From the rental pickup to the repairs and the clean car waiting for me, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you to the entire J&D Customs team for taking such great care of me and my car. I would absolutely recommend you to my friends and family. Highly recommend!”

“Not only did they do a phenomenal job on my car that was way overdue for a wash, they’re honest too. They must’ve found a $10 under the seat which could have easily been pocketed (I would have never known). Instead, they left it on the seat. I’ll definitely be coming back.”
