As someone who has had worked done on previous vehicles at other auto body shops in the past, this one, by FAR, exceeded my expectations. Everyone I spoke to and worked with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had some bad damage to the rear passenger side of my 2025 Volvo XC90 as well as some deep scratches on my rear bumper. I picked up my car this morning and it was delivered to me in PERFECT condition and even washed to perfection - like a brand new car. They also helped me through the rental car process and helped me get a discount. If you need auto body repair, and would like a hassle free, no games and a warm, welcoming, professional and friendly staff/experience while having your vehicle repaired, look no further. When I acquired my CTS-V, I did extensive research to find the right people—those who are professional and know how to properly diagnose issues with an eye toward the future. John is extremely punctual and always follows through on what he says he’s going to do, which is greatly appreciated in this line of work. I came in for his ‘Stage 1’ kit, and after several thousand miles, I’ve had absolutely no issues. I plan on using him for all my future needs and would confidently put my last dime on John and his team when recommending them.
My only issue is that he is an hour drive from me but too that’s a personal problem ??”
“Best way owner Ibraham helped me out when Allstate wanted to total my car without looking at it due to the report. I insisted that they send an adjuster. Ibraham went over the car with him and it was far from being totaled. I have the car back now for the last two weeks and feel like I have a new car! Thanks Best way”

“Met Raul as I was looking for someone to address a scratch on my car. Stopped by out of a gut feeling and I have to say, super glad I did. Raul was professional, gave me honest suggestion, even when the cost of his suggestion was lower than what I inquired about. Decided to give him the car for a day to get fully detailed including taking out the scratch.

“This is one of the best Auto Shops I've ever been to. I had an issue with my car (2015 VW Passat SE 1.8t); it wouldn't start. I called Geico because I thought it was a battery. When the Geico technician arrived, he told me it wasn't a battery but an alternator. The car still wouldn't start, so I had to find a car repair shop that could fix it the same day, since I depend on it (I work in the city). This shop was the only one that would take me with the condition that I needed it fixed the same day. The mechanics here did everything they could; they spent 4 hours looking for the problem, considering all the options of what could have gone wrong, and, at the end of the day, they fixed my car. It wasn't an alternator; it was oil residue near the starter that damaged it, so they had to replace the starter and fix the oil leak. The cherry on top after all of this is that they made sure to put it under my warranty, so that I didn't even have to pay anything; it was all covered. 5 Stars for sure!”
“I cannot say enough about the entire crew and the owner of Pauls shop.
By far, this is the place you wanna go for superior work. Not only have they did a full resto mod on my car. I’ve taken it back there several times for a few more upgrades that I wanted it over the years. And once again, they have never failed. Not only have I gone there. My brother has gone there as well as a friend of mine and all of us love this shop.
If anybody’s contemplating on looking for a shop, you need to stop down there on Saturdays as they open up the The entire Shop of all the bays where you can see the process being going on from metal work to finish work.
Besides body and customization, they also do engine and drivetrain. With your normal servicing.”
