John is extremely punctual and always follows through on what he says he’s going to do, which is greatly appreciated in this line of work. I came in for his ‘Stage 1’ kit, and after several thousand miles, I’ve had absolutely no issues. I plan on using him for all my future needs and would confidently put my last dime on John and his team when recommending them.
My only issue is that he is an hour drive from me but too that’s a personal problem ??”

“These guys are above par with the work they perform. The owner,Anthony,and his son,also Anthony are really attentive to the customer needs.They have done at least 7 jobs on different automobiles I have owned,each time the work was exquisite!!!I highly recommend them not only because of the fine craftsmanship of their shop,but they also know how to handle the insurance estimates,so as not to be shorted by the insurance companies,as the companies always try to do.One example is that they only use OEM parts.The insurance companies always try to use cheaper parts,which most times are very inferior to OEM ,and “Tony” won’t use them.The paint work is better than when the car was just off the assembly line”

“This is one of the best Auto Shops I've ever been to. I had an issue with my car (2015 VW Passat SE 1.8t); it wouldn't start. I called Geico because I thought it was a battery. When the Geico technician arrived, he told me it wasn't a battery but an alternator. The car still wouldn't start, so I had to find a car repair shop that could fix it the same day, since I depend on it (I work in the city). This shop was the only one that would take me with the condition that I needed it fixed the same day. The mechanics here did everything they could; they spent 4 hours looking for the problem, considering all the options of what could have gone wrong, and, at the end of the day, they fixed my car. It wasn't an alternator; it was oil residue near the starter that damaged it, so they had to replace the starter and fix the oil leak. The cherry on top after all of this is that they made sure to put it under my warranty, so that I didn't even have to pay anything; it was all covered. 5 Stars for sure!”
“I cannot say enough about the entire crew and the owner of Pauls shop.
By far, this is the place you wanna go for superior work. Not only have they did a full resto mod on my car. I’ve taken it back there several times for a few more upgrades that I wanted it over the years. And once again, they have never failed. Not only have I gone there. My brother has gone there as well as a friend of mine and all of us love this shop.
If anybody’s contemplating on looking for a shop, you need to stop down there on Saturdays as they open up the The entire Shop of all the bays where you can see the process being going on from metal work to finish work.
Besides body and customization, they also do engine and drivetrain. With your normal servicing.”
“I just wanted to share my recent experience that I had recently at the Deer Park location those guys are great very helpful especially Rob I came in with my car with the battery giving me problems, I talked to Rob which he was really helpful I told him I thought I bought it a year ago and of course he looked it up and it was 2.5 years old but was still under warranty. He quickly got me another battery which I thought I would just take it with me but he said no problem I can install for you which he did and he did a great job. No hassle friendly guy good customer service. Wouldn't you know it a day or so later my son had the same problem he had a bad battery under warranty Rob quickly got another battery and installed that one as well. Good guy all businesses need more employees like him. I appreciated the help that day very much”

The exhaust components that I ordered as an xmas gift for my husband were too large to be shipped through the APO address, (we're stationed in Germany) and American Racing Headers worked tirelessly with us to find a solution. They ultimately shipped the parts to our german house address off-post, paying for all of the customs/duties taxes, shipping costs, and import fees!
