“I had an amazing experience today with the help of store manager, Jose, at the Deer Park, NY Timberland location. I needed to do a return and exchange for a set of boots we purchased my fiancé for Christmas, and i was quite anxious ahead of time, knowing that at other retailers doing any sort of return/exchange can turn into a pretty big headache/hassle. However, Jose made the entire interaction as seamless as possible and treated me with understanding, kindness, and respect the entire time. He even located the new boots for me that i needed to purchase after the return was completed. I will absolutely be giving my business to this location going forward after such a wonderful interaction here. The staff clearly is trained very well! I was greeted within 60 seconds of entering the store in a very organic and pleasant way, and even had a lovely chat with whom i assume was the shift supervisor about the quality of Timberland’s boots and why we believe they’re such a great investment. 11/10 customer service here! Thank you all for making this customer so much more relaxed and at ease about making my return/exchange. It’s appreciated more than you can even imagine! =)”
“I must say Cassandra and her entire staff are the best. I’m from out of town here in NY doing a little shopping. I lost my debit card in the Reebok store. Cassandra and her entire staff made me feel like they lost their card. The amount of professional and personal care was above board. It’s refreshing in these uncertain times that the Reebok staff took time out to share my personal pain! From moving racks to viewing tape, I was pleasantly pleased with Cassandra and her staff. I understand why corporate has her in charge.

“I want to give a huge shout out to the store manager, Eddie!! He made a horrible experience Into a great one. I had made an online order in November for two pairs of shoes and the day before Thanksgiving I got my delivery and in my delivery Was only one pair of shoes, which was neither of the pair of shoes that I had ordered. I had called customer service six separate times over the next two weeks and nobody helped me or even cared even when I had sent pictures of the wrong pair of shoes that they had Sent me. I decided to drive 45 minutes to the store after being completely frustrated and Eddie called customer service. After him speaking with customer service, I was still disappointed to hear that they didn’t even have any of one of the pair of shoes that I ordered, and then they claimed that they refunded me which they didn’t. They then told him that they were going to send me the other pair of shoes. I walked out of that store in tears because I expected to have the correct pair of shoes since it was a gift. When I got to my car, I had an email that said that they were actually doing a refund and not sending me the shoes so I had called the store and spoke to Eddie again and he took 30 minutes of his time and called customer service for me. After speaking with them, he finally was able to find a store that had both pairs of shoes that I had originally ordered and he is going to get them to send them to me, which was the best news ever! Thank you, Eddie, for allowing me to wipe away my tears and be able to give the gifts that I expected to give! You are the best!!!”
