“Update at bottom !Kid behind counter placed my pick up at store 5 diff bottles, loose not packaged -should have been 6 - on the counter and He ran off to back of the store and perhap was on phone with another customer and ignored me seeing I was confused. Unbeknown to me at the moment the Total on order I paid for was 7 as one was being shipped. Pick pack slip he put on counter with bottles showed 6 so I thought leaving with 5 was ok! They still have not responded to my email that night as I requested they ship the shortaged item. Then I got an email asking how was my email with James? I have emailed now twice And now u want me to call?! Here’s the order # w041273290 ! The item not given to me that I paid for is sku# 2158996! Please stop waisting my time for $26 or whatever it was and kindly ship or drop off as I asked!!!Finally after no further response, 2 weeks later I called your 800# and the Rep didn’t think twice and made me whole.
