“Just stopped in for a quick refill and was road-weary and not in the mood to get out of the vehicle and pump gas. The attendants were friendly and wasted no time getting to customers. I would have given them 5 stars if the signage was easier to read. I didn't see a price per gallon sign either, but at that point I really didn't care and figured they had to be close to everyone else in the area.”

“This shop is simply the best in all of America! I moved to Ohio and I still bring all my vehicles to him for anything and everything. I literally paid over $1000 in towing to have Andrew look at my truck when my motor went bad. He went above and beyond getting it replaced fast and the low price shocked me. I’ve also brought him my truck thinking my transmission is shot, but no, he worked his magic, got me going fast and didn’t charge me a dime. Andrew is a true genius. He’s honest and cares about his customers. You will do yourself and your vehicles a disservice if you don’t use his shop. I’m having issues with my Audi now and guess where I’m bringing it….Only to the best shop I can think of, Chaffee Rt16 Auto!”

“We have gone through a lot that day I had to take my grandbaby to Buffalo children's they were very acceptable and caring .. my grandbaby had just gone through some tests on her eyes and was very cranky but the folks there were very nice and understanding I appreciate that”
“I come in to Crosby’s almost daily and regardless of the time of day the “manager” is always outside on the phone which I understand is a part of her job but the other workers get left inside to pick up her slack because she’s too busy to help out. Not a very fair way to treat the employees that are busting their butts to get us customers what we need and want.”
