All of the mechanics are very knowledgeable and the shop is just an overall friendly environment. “I come in to Crosby’s almost daily and regardless of the time of day the “manager” is always outside on the phone which I understand is a part of her job but the other workers get left inside to pick up her slack because she’s too busy to help out. Not a very fair way to treat the employees that are busting their butts to get us customers what we need and want.”

“Just stopped in for a quick refill and was road-weary and not in the mood to get out of the vehicle and pump gas. The attendants were friendly and wasted no time getting to customers. I would have given them 5 stars if the signage was easier to read. I didn't see a price per gallon sign either, but at that point I really didn't care and figured they had to be close to everyone else in the area.”
