“I have been using the curbside pickup at the Western Ave Albany, NY location for the last 4 months or so. It has been an excellent experience each time. The prices are competitive with Chewy if not better! The employees at that location are friendly and prompt! I would recommend this store to anyone!”
“Great place for all essentials for your pets. They supplied great food for my 2dogs before my one dog was stolen from my residence ,and suggested a great food for my other dog when he wouldn't eat cause my other dog was never found .when the state was doing the stuff with specific people having them live with no heat or electric when they had pets or the stealing of pets for years they supplied a sweater for my dog cause they saw my dog was living with a make shift sweater .Great company they care about pets especially for situations like they knew somebody was doing with me and my 2 dogs”
“It was my first time at the pet store. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed that being a first-time dog owner. The store had a wide variety of food products, pet toys, clothing, leashes, and every day pet care. I loved that they had sample food for my dog I was able to take for free. Either way, they do have a return policy in place if my dog didnt like the food. They even have a groomer that works independently from the store. You can call and make an appointment. Great place for my dog and I to visit.”
“Great pet-supply store with a wide selection of products. They stock a few varieties of 10+oz cat food cans - very useful when you're feeding a larger number of felines! They also have an *exceptionally* large selection of dog and cat treats, including an impressive assortment of the more niche or "fancy" types. I've always found the prices to be reasonable and the staff to be kind, knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Grooming: Emily Z did a great job with my Havanese/Dachsund mix. She’s a nervous pup and I’m sure was a handful but everyone was very welcoming and kind.
Also, the cashiers are always very patient and friendly at this location.”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about the Henry Loves Betty team! Over the last 3-4 years, we’ve utilized just about every service they offer- daycare, training, dog walks, grooming, boarding and social club (a genius feature). Our little corgi has been going toHenry Loves Betty since she was about a year old and she feels safe, is always exceedingly well cared for and I know they are sneaking in training sessions because she is so polite, responsive and social. We’ve moved 2 hours away and still try to bring our dog for grooming, boarding and daycare a few times a month. This team truly cares deeply for your pet and with our busy schedules we our so grateful that they are responsive and really work to help us manage our schedules without compromising quality of care for our fur baby.Social club has helped make Peach a braver pup and explore more! I love seeing her play in puddles, and become less adverse to water and rain because she’s had outdoor adventure fun with other dogs.Also, the community of pet parents and owners are so wonderful! Doggy birthdays, celebrating wins and just saying hi and asking about your pets when they see them. I can’t rave enough about the rest of the crew. Thank you so so so much”
“I simply adore this place and everything about it. The owners are both delightful and always so happy to see you and happy to help. We have brought Mary Jane here for boarding every time we go on vacation as well as for getting her nails trimmed and they are so professional with that. “I had a bit of hesitation about coming here for grooming due to petsmart being a chain but I could not be more pleased. I just adopted a dog who I named Alfie. He had a bunch of mats and had overgrown nails. When I dropped him off he was a cute shaggy pup in desperate need of a grooming. Erica took care of my boy and did an amazing job!!! I could not be happier with how he came out!!!! 100000000/10 rating for Erica!!!!”
“Just Killin time in the mall, walked in to look at the animals when I spotted this adorable high energy little bearded dragon. The staff was super knowledgeable about him and knew what I absolutely needed in order to take him home. I figured I could find an aquarium really cheap on line. So I asked if I could pay for him and comeback in a day or two. Found an aquarium, and picked up our little Rango the next day. Glad we stopped in !!!”
