“We stayed in the motel part the first night and the cottages for the next 2 nights. The motel rooms were nice a bit dated, but that added to the feel of Clayton. Rooms were clean and offered parking for our trucks and boats. The cottages were definitely dated reminded me of my grandparents' house. But again that just added to the whole experience. We were able to park two bass boats and our trucks right next to the end cottage and they had outlets to charge our rigs. Great ti.e there and I am looking forward to next year as we booked some dates.”

“Beautiful themed designed cozy little motel in the heart of Clayton, NY. The court yard is a fantastic place to relax and you are walking distance from several restaurants and a fun little bar. The owner Pia does an amazing job providing great customer services to the guests. Def the best motel in Clayton, hands down.”

“Rooms are always nice, clean and well taken care of. It has all you need. The owner is super nice and always easy to communicate with. She’s affordable and takes care of the place!”
“Beautiful hotel...the large porch is the bomb. Our food (brunch) was amazing and we recommend everyone go and experience! Adrienne is a doll and so is Karen (the hostess). Hard workers and it shows. We will be back to have dinner too! :)”
“Rooms: The rooms were comfortable and beautiful with a great view. We loved the turndown service and morning housekeeping. Most hotels have done away with these features and it’s good to see they’re still done at Harbor Hotel. We will definitely stay here again but will absolutely dine elsewhere.
Food and drinks: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT EAT AT THE SEAWAY GRILL!!!! Our party of four dined there for dinner and we were all hugely disappointed to say the least. Hard and overcooked fish, absolutely flavorless…everything, no seasoning at all. A party of no-salt all reaching for the salt and pepper. We decided however to give it another try for breakfast. Everything about the food was absolutely terrible for all of us. An hour wait for our food, raw potatoes , hollandaise overpowered with lemon juice, overcooked eggs, undercooked pancakes. Absolutely awful!! Stay at the Harbor Hotel, but eat somewhere else.”
“Amazing experience. The property is ver well maintained. Rooms very clean. Owner is ver accommodating and takes great care of her guests. Dockage is easily accessible and new.
Nearby activities: Nearby Clayton is close and great shops and dining.”
