“I called last week to make an appointment and they were very accommodating. I had a grinding noise on my driver side that I assumed was brakes or rotors and needed a professional to take a look. The car was in the shop maybe 20-30 minutes and they had an answer already. It ended up being a bit of rust on the rotor but nothing to be concerned with just yet. They gave me a full diagnostic, provided me with some options and allowed me to make an informed decision. No sales tactics, no sneaky deals or forced repairs.
