Yes he could get a little mouthy, But he knows what he's doing and does great work! I can even watch what he's working on and he explains what the problem is directly. “My car had been giving me problems with a draw on the battery since summer 2023. Took car to dealer where it was purchased, spent $1000.00 in repairs only to keep having same issues. Decided I didn’t have confidence in previous service. Frank Panaro suggested I bring car into BASIL FORD for service. Jeremy Burgess kept me informed daily on diagnostic tests. After 3 days problems were solved. Turns out a relay and control modular needed to be replaced and reprogrammed. Much to my surprise it was fully covered under Ford Emissions Warranty.
