“This place is a hidden gem. I was looking for a local bank to open an account with and noticed that Lake Shore had one of the best CD rates around. I then did some research and saw they were rated highly as far as their bank health (B+).... so I decided to give them a shot. What a great decision this was. I am in my 60's and this was the best banking experience I have ever had. I was politely greeted by the tellers who then routed me to the branch manager (Anthony Verhagen). Anthony was simply fabulous to deal with. He was very organized, knowledgeable, and personable. Really good people skills and to me seems like a really good and honest person. It was a breeze opening my account. I even found the paperwork I was given was clear and straightforward. If you are looking for a place for your banking needs, do yourself a favor and consider this bank/branch.”

I cannot think of a single time that I was ever upset or unhappy with the service I received. Every employee was helpful in every transaction or personal business dealing we brought. “I'm a customer of Citizen bank for few years now.I entered the bank 5min before closing and Jason Parker helped me with everything I needed.He stayed with me after hours until we get everything done.I would like for Citizen bank to recognize him as a great customer representative that went above and beyond, ( not only with verbal recognition but with a financial appreciation).I offered to leave a tip but he refused. Nowadays the best appreciation is the one reflected in a pay check.The other option is to leave customers to tip the representative for their extra time.Underneath you will see attached the business card of Jason. I purposely took it to make sure that he will be recognized and compensated for his time.”
“In all the times I have visited the ATM, there has rarely been a line. There is only one lane so this may vary if visited during peak hours. The plaza entrance is pretty chewed up so use caution when pulling in”
