I visited this Home Depot location twice over the span of two days, and Thomas proved to be an invaluable asset to your team. On both occasions, I was searching for specific materials to complete repair projects. Thomas took the time to understand my needs and successfully sourced the correct items. Prior to my visits, I consulted several specialized plumbing supply stores in Buffalo, but their staff could not assist me because they lacked creative problem-solving skills. Thomas, however, routinely thinks outside the box to deliver results. His expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction deserve high praise.”

“I had planned on just re-mulching my front garden, but after much consideration, decided to add a retaining wall around it. I needed 72 blocks total, and after finding a pallet that was half-full (I added a few to make it have the 72 needed), I asked if someone could please get a forklift to load the pallet into my truck and save me loading a cart and unloading them into my truck one-by-one. Luckily for me, a forklift driver was available, and they were able to do just that! Shout out to Dominic, who because the forklift ran out of propane mid-way through the process, had to carry the propane cylinder all the way to the back to refill it, just to carry the full tank back— now THAT is excellent customer service!”

“While I found the layout of this particular Home Depot a bit hard to navigate (the organization theme has thus far eluded me), the associates I've talked to here all seemed very knowledgeable and helpful regarding both general advice and locating specific items. I spent a long afternoon here the other day, and while I got done what I needed to get done, my biggest complaint was that it was hard to find an associate to ask for help. This wasn't because this place is understaffed; it's because whenever I found an associate close to the isle I needed help on, that person was invariably already helping someone else, so I needed to be patient and wait my turn. I think this speaks to how helpful the staff is here - they don't just point people in the right direction, but they're also quite willing to answer questions and give advice when asked. Bottom line: As a new arrival in Buffalo, I expect I'll be visiting Home Depot more than once, and I won't hesitate to come back to this location.”
“Every worker is very nice.They closed the loading dock so we could not get the top soil bags in the truck because we were getting like 30 bags but they told us we could pull around to the back of the store so we did and they helped us and it was very quickly”
“This review is for the delivery drivers Carlos, Oscar, Jairo, and Braler! Our first washer/dryer delivered by Carlos and Oscar came damaged. They were polite, honest, and apologetic. They removed our old set and called to ensure a new set would be delivered the next day. The next day Jairo and Braler delivered the new set. They too were polite and helpful. They set up the new machine and took the time to show me it was working. Although my experience with Lowes sending a damaged set was subpar my experience with the gentlemen from the delivery department was excellent. Lowes is lucky to have these four men working for them!”
“I enjoy shopping at Lowe’s but the selection on some tools and electric supplies has become very limited. I have had to shop at a different store for some particular items I needed.”
“Placed an order in February for some bulbs that I ended up not picking up. Assumed it would be cancelled and forgot about it. Got an email today saying thanks for picking it up, which I never did especially if I'm sitting at home. Manager was nice and refunded me but employees should verify stuff is picked up especially if they no longer have the item where it should be and actually cancel an order correctly.”
