“I've gone to this Home Depot many many times and it's usually pretty good. Most recently I went and the one product I was looking for had a price sticker on the shelf, but the space where the product should have been was filled by something completely different. Luckily an employee came around the corner at that same minute and asked if I needed help. I explained the situation, but he was kind of surly and didn't believe the store even carried the product I was asking for despite there being a price sticker on the shelf for it. He then whipped out his inventory/price checker and found that I was right and a shipping box with several of the products was stashed away on a higher shelf. He got me on my way by getting the rolling stairs and grabbing that box and one of the products.”
“My opinion-this Hamburg Tractor Supply is the repeatedly best in the area (1 hour drive). The customer service is unparalleled, the store is clean, well organized even later in the day, and again, the store personnel are personable, always helpful, and hit the right amount of “sales” without being overbearing.”

“Upon checkout a man assisted us at the cash or card checkout. The cash change back was 50cent, he seemed growingly aggrivated as he awaited the 2 quarters to dispense. One came out, the other sat inside machine with a clicking sound, I commented hmm sounds like the change back might be jammed, he responded snottily "no it's not", I looked at him like say what when the second quarter popped out, he handed me my change & receipt didn't say thank you and had an angry look on his face. He had a beard, facial hair, light brown. He won't talk like that to me again. I'm a retired RGM who has trained numerous teams not to be like that guy. If he's got a at home personal situation going on he needs to leave it there, period!”

“Big. Decent selection and price. Just use phone to locate items beforehand and ...well...sometimes things 'in stock' are not. Don't go trying to find a standing weeder. None to be had although the store site says they're there.”

“Placed an order in February for some bulbs that I ended up not picking up. Assumed it would be cancelled and forgot about it. Got an email today saying thanks for picking it up, which I never did especially if I'm sitting at home. Manager was nice and refunded me but employees should verify stuff is picked up especially if they no longer have the item where it should be and actually cancel an order correctly.”
