They removed our old set and called to ensure a new set would be delivered the next day. The next day Jairo and Braler delivered the new set. They too were polite and helpful. They set up the new machine and took the time to show me it was working. Although my experience with Lowes sending a damaged set was subpar my experience with the gentlemen from the delivery department was excellent. Lowes is lucky to have these four men working for them!”
